Synvoxi is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including suspensions, restrictions, or account terminations.

You retain ownership of data submitted to the Services.

You grant Synvoxi a limited license to process, store, and transmit such data solely to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and permissions to process customer data.

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying upon them.

Synvoxi does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

The Services, including software, trademarks, logos, designs, and content, remain the exclusive property of Synvoxi and its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

We strive to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

• Modify features
• Suspend services
• Perform maintenance
• Discontinue products

without liability where reasonably necessary.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the platform or other users

You may terminate your account at any time.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNVOXI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNVOXI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
• SPECIAL DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS
• LOSS OF DATA
• LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Synvoxi, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your content
• Violations of these Terms
• Violations of applicable law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
